By accessing or using the GoVivid Co services, including our hardware devices and mobile applications (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Services.

 

AGE REQUIREMENTS

The Services are intended for use by individuals who are 18 years or older. However, individuals between the ages of 13 and 18 may use the Services with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By using the Services, you confirm that you meet these age requirements.

 

SAFETY

We care deeply about the safety and well-being of our users. While we strive to offer valuable services, it is important to follow these safety guidelines:

  • Crossing Streets: Do not use GoVivid to cross streets. The variables involved are too complex for our services or artificial intelligence to navigate safely.

  • Medical and Emergency Use: Our Services are not intended for medical or emergency use. In case of an emergency, please call 911 (U.S.), 112 (E.U.), or your local emergency services number. For medical care, please contact your healthcare provider directly.

  • Personal Information: Avoid sharing personal information, particularly addresses, financial information, health information, or any other details that you wouldn’t want a stranger to know.

  • Device Usage: Ensure that you use the hardware devices according to the instructions provided. Improper use may result in injury or damage.

  • Environmental Awareness: Always be aware of your surroundings when using our Services. Do not use the device in potentially hazardous environments where attentiveness is required.

  • Battery Safety: Use only the approved chargers and batteries for your hardware devices to prevent overheating, explosion, or fire hazards.

  • Regular Maintenance: Regularly check your hardware device for any damage or wear and tear. Report any issues to GoVivid Co for service or replacement.

 

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

GoVivid Co provides hardware devices and mobile applications designed to assist blind and visually impaired individuals. The Services include, but are not limited to:

  • Hardware Device: A device that aids in navigation and daily tasks through auditory and tactile feedback.

  • Mobile Application: An application that connects to the hardware device, offering additional features such as voice commands, notifications, and remote assistance.

 

ACCOUNT REGISTRATION

To access certain features of the Services, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information.

  • Keep your password confidential and secure.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

 

USE OF SERVICES

You agree to use the Services in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will not:

  • Use the Services for any unlawful or prohibited purposes.

  • Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or illegal content.

HARDWARE DEVICE

The hardware device provided by GoVivid Co is to be used as intended and in accordance with the user manual. GoVivid Co is not responsible for any injuries or damages resulting from misuse of the device.

 

SOFTWARE LICENSE

Subject to these Terms, GoVivid Co grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the software provided as part of the Services, which may include access on a subscription basis or without a subscription fee. You agree not to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute the software or any part of the Services.

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.

  • Use the software to develop a competing product.

  • Access the software for the purpose of building a similar or competitive service.

  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the software or the servers or networks connected to the software.
